The many videos have worksheets attached to them so you can have some solid practice. It's all free by the way and while i don't use photoshop, many of the videos can be applied to any program really.

nice I especially love the last one, so 3d you can make a really awesome looking mineral girl using that same technique but I'll check out those links myself
