Thank you everyone for your awesome build suggestions! Its about time we did our first poll right?

I didn't want to put this up until I could come bearing good news...first build is finally up to my very strict standards. I had really been struggling to execute the previous build without cc windows & doors, so I bulldozed the sucker! This build should be out within 48 hours :)

So now its time for the first poll of the month. There was one suggestion that stood out for me & I just so happend to stumble across several pieces of reference material for. This suggestion was:

"I love the commercial lots that look like an English street, lots of shops side by side, and I'd love a jazz club/ speakeasy-style pub for playing music or karaoke." Bill Shrum

I would love to create something like this, but what other shops would you guys also like me to include on this lot? The top 2 picks will be included along with Bill's Pub suggestion on this English street. This build will only include my own cc & also my collab sets with Felixandre
