How to install tray files
1. Download & unzip the .zip file
2. Copy the files contained within this folder into the Tray Folder (C:\Users\*YourUsername*\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
3. Launch your game
4. Load the lot you wish to place the build in.
5. Enable MOO (bb.moveobjects)
6. Open the in game library
7. Check "enable custom ontent" in the advanced section located on the left hand side at the bottom of the filter options. Without this selected you won't be able to see any of my cc filled builds in your library.
8. Locate the build and place
9. ENJOY!

2021-04-07 18:46:59 +0000 UTCThere is currently a bug in the game which stops sims going up stairs if a fence has been used across the top step. Not sure when they are going to fix this issue. But you could move the stairs, delete the fence and then place back as a work around
