I think its time for the next build! This one was requested by Renée Winkel:

"A modern tiny home!"

I've been wanting to create a modern house with the Windenburg ruins for a very long time and now I finally got the chance to do so. I created this smaller build, so that I could spend all the time I need getting that community lot completed for you all :)

Also a quick heads up that there is going to be an extra special build released on YouTube tomorrow, that has been in the making for quite a few months and is not part of build month, for obvious reasons, when you find out what the video is all about. So keep an eye out on my channel tomorrow for an earlier video than usual.

How to install tray files

1. Download & unzip the .zip file
2. Copy the files contained within this folder into the Tray Folder (C:\Users\*YourUsername*\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
3. Launch your game
4. Load the lot you wish to place the build in.
5. Enable MOO (bb.moveobjects)
6. Open the in game library
7. Check "enable custom ontent" in the advanced section located on the left hand side at the bottom of the filter options. Without this selected you won't be able to see any of my cc filled builds in your library.
8. Locate the build and place
9. ENJOY!
