So Mr. Firman is the boss, but acting. Here is my theory then. Mr. W founded the S Group. I reckon Mr.W and Mr.B created the shrinking tech together but each went their separate ways because they couldn't agree how to use it, Mr. B wanted to target 'bad guys' but Mr.W just wanted to do whatever he wanted. And now, somehow, Mr. Firman is in charge and Mr.W is hanging around with the TMH.
