The "Tiny Men Hunters" are a secret group of men that shrinks and capture their "targets" in order to train and auction them, but don't feel bad for the tiny men, their targets are often bad guys, who need to be punished.
We met Pup for the first time in the "Last Doctor" comic, his main job is to train and take care of the tiny men the hunters capture, he also organizes the auctions and ended up being the Auctioneer since all the other guys are camera shy, the auctions are held online in front of a green screen so the background is different every time they do one. Since he has many things to do other guys like Ox and Stunk help him out from time to time.
