Looks like Bane found a new way to avoid Batman, commission made for a patron from the Commission Tier.
I never wondered what would happen if a tiny man kept his original strength after being shrunk...I think that would make an interesting story đđ.

Oh I'm sure they do, lol!! You could make a whole Batman comic shrinking storyline and I'd love it
