Bigger Changes
Added 2021-08-15 18:32:22 +0000 UTCEveryone who read my last announcement about the Brave Balloon art tier knew I was making changes. However after added reflection I actually want to head towards a lot more changes.
A lot of this comes from having had COVID. It did emotionally more to me then I expected. I started to reflect a lot more on what I was doing and what I wanted to do in the long run. There were things I just couldn't change anymore and with others like Patreon I felt a lot more like catching up than anything else for the time being. But we are now way past that point and I'm in a place I feel entirely good again.
It's a really long winded way of saying that coming month the art tier is going away entirely. The name however will remain and only one tier of $2 will remain. Effectively this Patreon is going into tip jar mode. I'm still undecided regarding polls.
My plan is to instead of having a art tier here do (stream) commissions here and there to fill the gaps. That way I have more say on when I take them and everyone has a better shot at getting something.
Lastly, sorry for first saying one thing and then doing it entirely different. It wasn't till after I decided to make the tier changes it felt more and more as only a half measure at best. The changes will happen near the end of the month just like I originally had planned but now with these alterations.
