If there are no girls allowed then why are there the Scissor Blade (Kill la Kill), Crescent Rose (RWBY) and what looks to be Exliblog (bludgeoning angle dokoro-chan), all of which are almost elusively used by women. (Once the Rending Scissors was used by the old man who made them, they broke and became the Scissor Blades)
