side note: cautious optimism - how will super Naturals mesh into the super Powers the Grrlverse started out showing us? Yes, some of it can be mostly a matter of terminology - is Dabbler magic or just has advanced technology? Are the super powers "mutants"? Well, so would a wizard be a "mutant" for anything innate vs learned.

Also, Crimson either has lost count the amount of times she had to explain it and had to update it, or she really is a Grognard of the White Box school ( at least Red Box). :)

Meh... Equivalant Level rules always gave me a headache.

Joshua Brumley

So she's saying "Yes, there's a baby ubervamp who's stronger than any vamp on the council", and "No, he hasn't gone mad with power."

Nicholas Perrett

A level 3 vamp sires a level 1 vamp, and after gaining three levels a level 4 vamp sires a Level 1.333... ect.

Nicholas Perrett

Um... if far left vampire sires far right vampiress when he's level 6, shouldn't she be level 3 upon siring and not lvl 2 as represented?

Erin Palette

nice graphical depiction in panel 3!

Corset. For corset information, I normally go with Lucy from Lucy corsetry. She have travelled the world talking to both people wearing corset and the people that makes the corsets, and have been wearing corset a number of years her self. There are many myths about corset so let me just get two of the most common once out of the way. A Corsets can break ribs, this one is based on a misunderstanding, that stems from the fact that the rigid parts of a corset nowadays mostly made of steel, are called bones, and used to be made of baleen, which would dry out over time get brittle and break, so when corsets break bones, you need a seamstress not a doctor. It is hard to breathe while wearing a corset, maybe a little bit, the main thing is that you have to use the upper part of your lungs when wearing a tight corset, as you can’t use your diaphragm as normal. That mean using different muscles which is not normally as trained, so at first the if can be a bit harder. two last things, 1. back when corsets was part of normal dress, the average reductions was only around 2 inches. 2. before anyone ask, I have tried a corset, for a couple of months I wore a corset at a 4 inch reduction, and it really helped with my back pain.

Vamp HUD? Maybe for Malkavians. Wait, do you have those? O_o

Mark Mosiejczuk

Working for a government contractor, I first processed "HUD" as "Department of Housing and Urban Development."

Oh, so that's what that voice is trying to tell me to do!

CyberSkull

Maybe Indiana Jones is a zombie. It would make more sense as to how he survived a nuke by hiding in a fridge anyway.

is the banner in the first panel behind crimson's head....of a fedora and a bullwhip?
