Ah memories... A similar thing happened to me and two other guys when we were stationed in Korea. We made the mistake of showing up for PT formation drunk. Now it could’ve gone very bad for us if the CO took “official” notice of our condition, but Top decided to be hands-on and had us go “Fertilize the Rice Patties”. What that meant was we would run along side a rice field just off post until we threw up and got the alcohol out of our system. Didn’t take any of us too long to finish “fertilizing” and after that we were volunteered for every scut-job in the battalion for the next week. Suffice to say, none of us ever did that again. :)
