Deus is known to have had sex with at least one alien, in addition to having met at least one other. So, yes, Deus has already met aliens. If you need links to the encounters with Sciona and Dabbler, someone can probably do it. You do, however, seem to forget that finding out the price of a thing is also potentially worth a trip, and there are a lot of places that are not exactly well-populated. I'm pretty sure that Sciona's world isn't the only bombed-out wasteland, and there is something of value on most of them. Also, having the sex tour come to you can also be something of value, and we know Deus can bring that game with him. Oh, and I'll remind you, Deus is pretty annoyingly good at knowing things he shouldn't.

Unless he's already met aliens (which he probably has) and has some knowledge of off-world etiquette and currency (which he probably does), his monetary fortune is still worthless. You need three things for a journey: a destination, a means to travel, and a reason. He wouldn't be going at all unless he had a reason to. I highly doubt he's foolish enough to try and take over the place with hostile force. My guess is he has something of value.
