These days, it's near impossible to get a phone without GPS and camera capabilities. But Cora's much farther into the future, from a tech perspective. It's entirely plausible to me that she would be horrified to learn all of that stuff isn't basic Earth tech. It's less clear whether she'd be concerned about the tech export. #howdidanyonesurvivebeforemicrowaveovens

As far as her artifact count, they absolutely count. Though, if I recall correctly, this is her ninth. Eighth was the wings.

I can focus that closely easily. *** Nevermind, the art clearly shows the dot on the glass. However, we can choose to consider that artistic license, since only the wearer of the glasses can actually see these things, or the people around her would notice a hot furry alien superimposed over her eyes. Possibly all the images produced by the glasses are actually happening in her brain - induced there by the glasses - as opposed to happening on the glass itself. The effect would be the same for her, but would be impossible to detect, even by some super-sensory character.

ASAP To say "Thank You", of course. And also to ask, "What the hell else can they can do?" 'Cuz they most likely can interface with her choker com system if they can with an interstellar version. (I'm assuming the space-farers have a relay-station on earth). That kind of stuff could be good to know (if, for instance, she is incapacitated somehow and unable to use the choker). If the glasses themselves can do interstellar com directly, she now has an eighth artifact... And since they are hers, maybe they can interface with the orb upgrade system and label the possibilities. That would be ... pretty awesome.
