(SF6) Luke Sullivan for G8M

Please let me know if there are any issues. I included a character mat file inside the Luke Sullivan folder. This is a character morph, not a character preset. The morph is located in the parameters tab under morph loader.

This one took a bit of thinking to get it right, and its not exactly perfect. I couldn't find any characters models without the outfits to get the base morph so I had to improvise. I used the body with clothing and got the morph shape and then had to take the morph model into blender and reshape a bunch of it. I'm not a very good sculptor so it took a lot more work than I'm used to doing.
