I never took it that way, i think it's just based on perception, but nothing has openly indicated actual intelligence, but at the same time, it's more of perception and how everyone declares them. but to say who is overall more intelligent is such a weird thing. What I mean this is all perception as Moxxie uses big words and likes fancy things while Millie’s more blunt, but don’t forget they’re born in the same region. Mossi using large words doesn’t necessarily make him more or less intelligent than Millie’s use of shorter more blunt terms though. If anything Blitz would be the less intelligent but even then that’s due to him not reading like a thesaurus.

She has the street-smarts, yeah, but he is the real smart one. He may be awkward in social situations but is somewhat good natured, has principles and has a mind to support it. I'd say they both deserve each other, but if we had to swing it one way, it is Millie who's the lucky one.

Now think about the fact that moxxie is proving very good in bed and causing mindbreaks, and think about what relationship there could be between the two ... maybe in the couple actually the one who commands is not millie ... * "woman" in quotes because she is not human, it would be said female, but it would be offensive, so I use "woman" but in quotes. This is because I'm weird and I worry about useless things.
