Given what we know of the characters, they are thoughtful and care for each other beneath their theatrics, and these two are fully aware they fucked up. I don't expect Moxxie to confess, out of fear for how badly it'd hurt Millie's friendship with Loona, but Loona is reflective and emotionally intelligent. A thoughtful conversation is on the way for sure, but any way she chooses to say "I raped your husband" is not going to free her of consequence. Moxxie is going to need a silver tongue of his own if there's any hope to make their continued relationship amicable. Whether or not Millie CAN be comfortable with her husband's friend with newfound benefits won't have a chance to be considered if they don't all act like adults and discuss their feelings delicately
