Giving how confidant Millie is playing as Moxxie and how nervous Moxxie was of being caught. Moxxie is a worrier, so the fact that Millie isn't acting at all worried should tip Loona, at least arguably. Though Loona could still going along with it at first, but still find Moxxie's behavior as "off" somehow.
