Got to say. Loona is definitely responsible for this. She manipulates moxie by basically forcing herself on him and using his lack of a sex life to her advantage in convincing him to do things. Then when Millie turned into moxie and started to feel the same male desires which made her vulnerable, Loona took advantage of that vulnerability by forcing the kiss on her, even after knowing why Millie is doing what she's doing. Now Loona is trying to mask her actions by convincing the both of them that their actions are their own.

I hope loona explains everything. She seduced moxie and they banged. Millie got suspicious so she kidnapped moxie and impersonated him. Millie seduced loona to try and see if her suspicions were correct. The disguise dropped and they still had hot lesbian sex. Millie learns that moxie did cheat but doesn’t think of all the bad things she’s done and makes her look like a hypocrite. And now moxie is being choked out while Millie still thinks she has the moral high ground and sol is in the corner naked.

Loona is a crappy friend here, and all the readers are fully aware of that, to the point that I feel like they just don't see a reason to state it out loud. But she's right: She's not married to either of them. She's a homewrecker, but they both let her be one, and at the time, Millie did so with mostly just suspicions pushing her. But the fact that Moxxie is the only one who seems to be actually seeing consequences is irritating.
