I highly recommend checking out some of these articles especially if you are a creative and currently don't feel like making art. Maybe it will prompt something in you, maybe it won't either is ok. But one thing for sure - if you feel overwhelmed with dread, stress or anxiety PLEASE do yourself a favor and get lost in a book, a show, a movie, a new album (or even an old one). Protect yourself but also protect your energy.
