Are Premium Sets Working?

To everyone within a tier that gets access to Premium Sets (everyone able to view this message) - are you able to download from the share link?
I've set up these Dropboxes so that you can "Edit" however, I've been getting people requesting access - which I have been granting however, I don't understand why.
I just want to make sure that these are working for you. If you could let me know in the comments below I would greatly appreciate it.
