Chapter 1, Page 3 Layout Sketch

Visually, from a panel-layout standpoint, not much changed from this WIP sketch to the final page. However, in the sketch, on the bottom panel, Chief Hardiman has a thought balloon next to him with some alternate dialogue. This was ultimately changed to a standard word balloon, with different text added.
