VX-II Power Suit - Concept Art
Added 2016-10-17 19:23:45 +0000 UTCKatsu's early designs for the armored power suit. Both proposals achieved the "mobile tank" concept that was described in the original script. However, it was the large canopy window on design #2 that proved to be the deciding factor, as this allowed the reader a better view of Raymond. Also, I liked design #2's utilitarian appearance, giving the impression that these suits can be used for more than combat, but construction or civil engineering tasks (sans the Gatling gun arm attachment, of course!).
