Ultimately, Mora grabbing the front of the skirt made more sense, as it worked better with where the characters were physically positioned and felt more "invasive" (which further highlights Mora's complete disregard for personal space).
Mora tugging at Reena's panties was another aspect missing from the initial layout. Below are a few versions that Salaiix sketched:
We went with the second choice as it best illustrates Mora actually *feeling* the cloth (as if she was inspecting the quality of the material). The other options felt a bit more suited for a Miss Bliss sequence :D
