In before the later Wilkos flashback showcasing his original passion was to be a professional photographer for a respectable magazine. Of course, I am being a little tongue in cheek but these covers look like they could be what's filling those boxes showcased in the layout of Wilkos' room and it wouldn't surprise me if he's sold photosets to a sleazy rag before and then bought said issues where his work was featured for the sake of his pride/vanity. It's in line with his collecting of trophy photos decorating the walls of the back room.
