This was actually painted on a cel, by the extraordinarily skilled Hyperenity, just like it would have been decades ago.
I've also included photos of the original conceptual artworks, the paint-in-progress, and the douga.
Digital art's amazing, but sometimes it's nice to have a physical piece of artwork!

2023-06-15 18:22:24 +0000 UTCI could definetly see this series as a 90s anime show or even just an OVA. Would probably be along the likes of Cowboy Bebop or Trigun based on the themes, but with more fanservice of course. Definetly something I would have watched.
