Anything is better than a repeats of Mad Dog’s backstory no offense lol The “technical” talk with this episode was turning me away a bit but I must admit that Rintaro has my interest.

2024-08-17 22:33:33 +0000 UTCJust to touch on the whole getting any of the players to take a knee, it’s a strategic technique. For instance, if the player receiving the serve falls to their knee as they’re returning it, the pass will get to the setter in an unstable way which will make it more difficult for the setter to give a stable set to the spiker. Now, add to that if they target the lead spiker/wing spiker/ace. If the ace receives the ball but drops to their knee to do so, it will then take the ace more time to get back into position to spike which will either give the opposing team more time to set up a defense or force their teams’ setter to set to someone else/a weaker spiker. Hope that helps! Also, if it’s any consolation, you’re almost out of the woods with all the super technical stuff for this season.
