Thank you for pointing this out! From the very beginning Itadori was just supernaturally strong with no explanation. His perseverance is unmatched in my opinion despite having Sukuna's fingers he really is incredible. I would for the series to explore his origin more in detail or if maybe he was just born gifted with no ancestry explanation to it? Yes I did notice the sticking! I would like to revisit that scene when Choso revealed how he knew him.

2024-01-14 00:59:50 +0000 UTCChoso had the same sense when Yuji was on the verge of death that he did when his other brothers were killed last season - yet when he was helping kill dozens of people in the subways earlier, no such reaction happened. There was something about Yuji specifically. Now all we know about Yuji's origin thusfar is that his grandpa wanted "to tell him something about his parents", and that he is somehow able to contain Sukuna, the king of all curses within his body. Also, Yuji has incredible strength and speed beyond the limits of regular people, which has also yet to be explained. These are all puzzle pieces to ponder going into future seasons π Additionally, we got the reveal that this fake Geto is the same person as "Noritoshi Kamo", an evil sorcerer from the past that got a small story in *i think* either ep 22 or 23 of season 1. When revisiting that scene, you'll see that Noritoshi Kamo also had stitching across his forehead. Anyways, this guy created the half human, half curse "curse wombs" that became Choso and his brothers. There were 9 in total in the possession of Jujutsu High before they were stolen last season.
