I don't really like it, usually. Most omegaverse stuff I've read has had the characters forced into very tightly defined roles without much room for growth or change. Same reason why most yaoi doesn't interest me. Tops have to act a certain way, bottoms have to act a certain way, etc. It's just not very true to real life.

2020-11-11 08:23:59 +0000 UTCI personally don't love it as I think it can sometimes force characters to fit a certain mold too much (keeping them from being truly unique/dynamic) but I think the social challenges faced by the characters due to it is interesting.
