2020-05-24 15:44:59 +0000 UTCI'm commenting as I watch the video. Yeah, they do toss around a lot of technobabble, but part of what they were examining in the series was the idea of being. That is, what do we mean by saying only people are people. The Tachikomas are a great example of machines that in a way, get their own ghosts.

2020-05-24 15:36:44 +0000 UTCI just finished rewatching the new Netflix series, Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045, this time with the original English voice actors. And despite others complaining about the "doll" like appearance of the characters with the CG animation, I kind of like it. I've collected most of Shirow's works and own every OVA produced, so I'm a bit of a fan.
