If you're unsure, well, remember that Jeremy guy from the first OL1 and how he'd talk about that mysterious bestie of his whom you never get to see? Here he is now! Jamie and Cove don't get the pleasure of meeting him, but Franky, Tamarack, and Qiu do. This is Pran Taylor at eleven-years-old.
He's meek and fearful and unfortunately will not be your friend no matter what you do. At least not as a kid, and he's even more not gonna be your friend as a teenager, but perhaps someday when Step 4 rolls around and everyone is an adult you'll finally be able to have a more positive relationship with this little heartbreaker.
And yes, I thought it''d be funny if in both games you met only one half of the dynamic downer duo while the other guy in the pair remained unknown to the lead characters.

"is this a slightly grown up version of another character of OL2?" like the new Trans character so I clicked on it and saw that it's Pran, I can't really wait to see him and (hopefully) be friend with him at least during step 4 even if I low-key doubt that could happen if we managed to at least make Jeremy not hate us and depending on what happen making Shiloh consider us some kind of friends then maybe it's not impossible XD
