2022-08-18 22:51:05 +0000 UTCIs there a chance we can give the ol2 MC a hair quirk (besides being two toned), like their hair curls upwards or being shiny like metal, to match with Tamaracks sparkly hair and Qiu jagged hairline? Or would it be too complex/too many variables to code?

2022-08-17 23:27:29 +0000 UTCI'm really sorry you've gone through that. I don't think it's offensive to acknowledge that exists, but it is something that can make others who've been through it upset. So I don't think a public Q&A for all backers is the best place to talk about such a harrowing thing. I hope that's not too disappointing. And I'm sure Cove would do his best to support the MC through it.

Lately my mind has been wandering with another question, but I think it's a bit strong to ask... if anyone finds it offensive, I can take it back, I totally understand. The question is: How would Cove react if you told him that you had suffered "s" harassment, or abuse? (I'm not going to get into the specs in this question, that's enough). Like I said, it's a pretty bitter question, but as a person who has unfortunately suffered both, I'm curious enough to ask; Plus, personally, I don't find it offensive. But again, if anyone does find it offensive, I'll be happy to remove the question. I get it. Thanks for reading, and/or replying, and sorry if the question is too awkward to ask or answer. It is not my intention to sour the mood. Thanks again! 💕

In OL2, will there be some separate moments for Tamarack and Qiu/ones where one character is the set main focus? (Either in the main story or them getting individual DLC moments?) It's not vital, but I'm hoping no matter how things play out romantically, that I'd be able to still bond with both, but I know I'm too weak to NOT pick the romantic option if I have to make a choice between them even if I love 'just friends' scenarios too. Ha. Can you tell us much about your plans for the jealousy mechanic? Especially 'Jealous Over'. Super interested on how being into/fond of the MC enough to act jealous would play out. A bit of a silly one, & idk if it counts, but there's so much thought put into the OL series that I'd like to ask: what's the most fun thing been working on these two games, and what's been the most challenging?

Also, would there be credence to the headcanon of Vianca eventually dating, possibly marrying, Tamarack if Tamarack is not in love with Franky? Does Mr. Baumann nickname those he’s close with, like sometimes calling his wife Thea, or is Tamarack the only person he nicknamed? Would the MC have a chance to give Tamarack and Qiu a piggyback ride? Would we have the chance to see a young Ernst and Dorothea, through pictures or other methods, even canonized fanart/commission? I would like to see how they look when they’re around the age of step 3/4 Franky and their hair color before it greyed. Are Ernst and Dorothea Tamaracks paternal or maternal grandparents? I'm guessing their paternal since they share the same surname with their granddaughter but clarification is helpful. How long did Ernst and Dorothea lived in Golden Grove? Is one, or even both of them, born and raised within the town or even moved in as a child like their granddaughter, did either one of them came from another town and moved in with the other when they married them, or did the both of them moved into Golden Grove when they were adults, possibly when Tamaracks dad/mom was born. Since we only know they lived long enough to vaguely know their neighbour in the middle house. And how well do they know their other neighbour the Lins? Do you have the age of Qiu's parents, Tamaracks grandparents, Devin and Ren's parents, and Mr. Yusuf in step 1, or are you still working on it? And how do we pronounce Mr. Yusuf's name, Key-ann or Kay-ann?
