Month Beginning Post: December 2022

It's December!

The final month of 2022 is here already. That was fast. Not all our goals for the year are going to be met, aha. The Baxter DLC is going to take until potentially Spring of 2023. Still, things are coming along and a lot did happen over the past eleven months. We'll just keep on going.

Monthly Content Plans:

There's going to be an update for the Our Life: Now & Forever public demo and the Patreon beta build soon! Some of what's in the beta now will become playable to everyone, but brand-new scenes will become Patreon-exclusives. Both builds will also have sound effects and other small improvements included.

The Step 1 prologue is so close to actually being complete. Part of me is considering writing the last of it to have it finished before the end of the year, but that might not be practical. 

Something I absolutely do want to do is finish the draft of Baxter Step 3. That's also nearly there. Another goal is to have two more Step 3 Moments properly scripted between me and the other writers. 

Another consideration is beginning the draft of Baxter Step 4. We'll see if drafting/writing/editing Step 3 takes precedence over getting a start on the next time period. 

Lastly, I'll have to prepare a year in review and our plans for 2023. That's always exciting, even if I don't think I've ever been 100% accurate in what ends up being accomplished, haha.

There's a lot to do and plenty of possibilities this month. I'm not entirely sure where development will be as we arrive at 2023. But we'll keep doing our best for the rest of 2022 and next year, too.
