Our Life 2: Fancy Fun Script Snippet

Getting to go to the dance with Qiu in order to dance is great, but getting to pretend to be a pirate after the dancing is over is perfect 😌.

Though, you don't have to fight with swords, there's a ton of options for hanging out with Qiu in that scene. I just thought this chunk made for a funny preview, haha.

Pure Text:

“This time the both of you got swords out of the supply basket before returning to the dead center of the shining wood floor.”

“Friends or foes, you weren’t sure what was supposed to be happening, faced each other down for a friendly spar or life and death battle.”

qiu “Uh-”

qiu “Avast yee matey, I’m a pirate! Surrender now, before you walk the plank. Unless you’re a pirate too?”

“He waffled on whether he should point his weapon your way. Guess Qiu had no idea what was going on either. The first move would be yours.”

Menu:

-“You ran away from the threat!”:

-“You pretended there was some other enemy to fight. You’d work together.”:

“During one of the moments where Qiu’s sword was angled ahead, you slapped it away with your own. The clap of plastic hitting plastic announced your intentions loud and clear.”

qiu “Whoa-”

“He snorted at your threats.”

qiu “We’ll see about that.”

-““Don’t let your guard down, Qiu.” you teased.”:

“He snorted at your declaration.”

qiu “I won’t. Not anymore. You’re dangerous!”

-““Then I’m the hero who stops pirates! You won’t defeat me.””:

“He snorted at your declaration.”

qiu “I get to be the bad guy this time? Cool.”

-““I’m just [first_name] and I’ve got a sword, so I’m gonna hit you with it.””:

“He snorted at your declaration.”

qiu “Then prepare to walk the plank, [first_name].”
