He cant use the powers of the First Spinjitsu Master, he cant create the golden dragon, he cant use fire ice earth and lightning the only thing he can still use is his own element which is the element of energy (the green plasma balls he uses all the time). The ninja also never could use their powers without the golden weapons or elemental blades, but since lloyd split his power into all of them now they have the powers inside them for the first time. Just thought it point it out cuz the season doesnt really make it that obvious, The reason they did this is cuz since they were gonna make tons more seasons they didnt want Lloyd to be way too op so they nerfed him and made him around equal to the other ninja.
