Honestly I kinda suspected it from Shiloh dialogues about his mom and Lynn getting along/being really close or having each other number, I don't exactly remember. However I had the feeling there could be something between them from what Shiloh said even if I don't know why since it didn't really implied a relationship I still had that feeling. It's strange if a teacher or your school nurse have you parents phone number, I know it could be because he's the "leader" of the jerk club and all parents have his number, however I don't think they should be so close just for being a parent and the school nurse as implied by Shiloh.
