PS. The Swedish system works like this: the state has a monopoly on selling almost all alcoholic beverages. As far as I know there are no private licqour stores - you can buy some beers with a very low alcohol content in grocery stores but for everything else you have to go to the state owned stores (same system in some states in the US IIRC). In order to do buy alcohol in a store you have to be 20 years old. The drinking age is still 18, though, and you can go to pubs and restaurants as soon as you turn 18.
