So, Trick or Treat 1 will be August, September will be Step 2 scenes, and the full Trick or Treat Moment will be available in October. If I did some other Moment in August, than Trick or Treat wouldn't be added to the beta until November at the earliest.

The pumpkins spoil and get sent to compost, so the skeleton has to start over again, having to start from scratch at making new friends the next year. π’
