Working On Updates For The Strange Texture Issues
Added 2022-06-26 00:04:07 +0000 UTCThis is just a quick post to let you guys know that we are now working on fixing the texture files for Color Sliders. We had to wait for the why and how LRLE texture files broke, and then if a fix was possible, which thankfully there is.
We do not currently have an ETA, or how the fixed files will be available. Preferably we are aiming to re-make the base files, because if we apply the fixes through patches that will take up more space than just fixing the broken files. This does mean everyone would need to download their files from scratch, though we may be working on something to help with that (not guaranteed at the moment)
For CC items that are slider compatible, you can download Cmar's tool (updated today to make things slider compatible again) to fix your hairs and skins. Or Sims4Studio to fix your hair (skin coming later), which also has a second batch option to make any hair slider compatible now!
