2022-09-14 16:25:50 +0000 UTCOkay…. Sighing nothing against J but my kids go to public school for a reason. That being said bullying happens at any type of school. Even if you are homeschooled you can be bullied. Kids now have cyber bullying. Sorry parent 🤷🏻♀️. Now… Internet and media play too much in lives. J said he didn’t drive by schools as far as talking about fashion he was getting what he knew from internet. I’m not trying to slam him lol. Now days fashion wise her in the south of north Louisiana… their are different types of aesthetic what they call it lol. My kids wear uniforms unless it’s like a free dress day usually they have to donate $1 for a cause breast cancer awareness etc. when they do dress outside of school you still have your different types. I’m not a strict parent by any means. However some things are appropriate n some not. Also I still use that bc I said so! Case in point my kids have TikTok however they are monitored. If the song is just way too inappropriate I’m take it down. It’s hard bc of music and with internet kids learn at a much faster pace than I did. There is correct information and incorrect. I’m open with mine bc I don’t want them to be misinformed. My oldest just reached junior high doesn’t understand why I won’t just drop her off like some friends parents n I say I’m not their parent or some parent. My husband will take her n her friends to the football game he doesn’t sit with them but is close enough to them. My daughter is 12 yr while her friends are turning 13/14 her birthday falls where she is a yr younger. She asked if it’s bc I don’t trust her I have said it’s not you but people I don’t trust. She also doesn’t look her age bc she is almost 5’3. She is taller than me. My youngest 5th grade a whole different story! 😳 she is me made over. Lol
