[WOTD] Alune redesign - Part 2: Presentation

This is the continuation of part 1 of Alune's redesign process. Additionally, this post will be publicly available so everyone can see the first redesign of one of the main girls. However, I want to clarify that this will only be the case this time, and probably the rest of the redesign posts will remain exclusive.

In part 1, I explained the changes I would make to the original design, and here I will show you the final result, leaving the new outfits for the character for part 3. The basic idea is to do this with the redesigns of the other main girls.

With that explained, let's get straight to the most important part of this post!

Some characteristics, adjectives, or words that define Alune's personality and appearance are "adorable," "soft," "calm," and "shy." Also, in some way, the colors white or gray should be reflected in her.

Besides making her design look more professional and detailed, I want those traits I mentioned earlier to be enhanced.

I mentioned this in the part 1 post, but I'll repeat it here: One of the hardest things when doing a redesign is the character's hair.
For this case, I sought to give her hair more volume and make it look more "fluffy," while, of course, keeping its characteristic color.

Alune Redesign

Here is a comparison between the new design and the old one.

As I mentioned before, I sought to enhance Alune's virtues and characteristics in this new design, which also makes her look much more "angelic," and that won't be a mere coincidence.

In addition, during the story of this remake, I plan for Alune to have a more natural development in her relationships with other characters, making her have more moments where she appears insecure but also adorable. With the new secondary characters, I can also make her interact or have conversations with them.

An interesting new detail and feature that Alune will have in the remake is that she will paint her nails very precisely and in a detailed manner. She will create beautiful designs like this one you see here, with daisy flowers (the flower that characterizes her).

I will probably include a dialogue about this when Siri and Alune start their friendship, where Siri asks Alune to do a similar design on her own nails.

There won't be changes to her background story, as you may recall, Alune lost her parents when she was a child, so she was orphaned, but her aunt Nora adopted her. What Alune didn't know is that she had another aunt on her father's side, who is Elaria, the headmistress of the Lionheart Academy.

From the start, this was planned so that Elaria and Alune should have similar designs, in a way. And, of course, that is maintained in the new designs.
I would like to show you the new Alune with Nora as well, but I still have to update Nora's design.

Ah, I want to show you Alune's new physique for a moment.

Almost all the main girls will have an increase in their waists and thighs' size, aiming to make them look more feminine and attractive.

Alune is a girl who doesn't have much physical activity; however, she works a lot with her aunt Nora, and her diet is rather normal and balanced, although she loves sweet things. That's why Alune doesn't have a very toned physique like Asagi could have, but she doesn't have as "thicc" a body as Rachel will in her new design soon.
As for her height, it will remain the same as before, being taller than Siri, the same height as Rachel, but shorter than Asagi.

I still have to redesign the Lionheart Academy's school uniform. Until now, the uniform consisted of a blue or pink blazer, along with a white shirt and a red bow. Although in Alune's case, being a main girl, she had a personalized outfit where the blazer was replaced by a pink jacket.

But in the remake, that will change drastically, making the uniform in the sailor style. I consider that this uniform is more appropriate for an all-girls Academy; also (and this is explained in the story), everything happens within a coastal city.

As I said, this new uniform is not yet finished, but I have made many examples, and here I show you the ones I consider the best. I clarify that these are examples of "default" uniforms, as the main girls (Alune, Asagi, Rachel, and Siri) will have a personalized uniform or at least a distinctive element.

After that, I think I'll go with the redesign of Bonnie or Clyde. Or perhaps with the introduction of a mysterious new character!

Esta es la continuación de la parte 1 del proceso de rediseño de Alune. Además, este post estará disponible de manera pública, para que todos puedan ver el primer rediseño de una de las chicas principales. Pero aclaro también que solo será por esta vez, y los demás posts de rediseños seguirán siendo exclusivos.

En la parte 1 he explicado los cambios que haría en el diseño original, y aquí les mostraré el resultado final, dejando para la parte 3 los nuevos outfits para el personaje. La idea base es hacer esto con los rediseños de las otras chicas principales.

Con eso ya explicado, pasemos directamente a lo más importante de este post.

Algunas características, adjetivos o palabras que definen la personalidad y apariencia de Alune son "adorable", "suave", "tranquila" y "tímida". También, de cierta manera, debe verse reflejado en ella el color blanco o gris.

Además de hacer que su diseño se vea más profesional y detallado, quiero que esas cosas que mencione antes se vean potenciadas.

Lo he comentado en el post de la parte 1, pero lo volveré a repetir aquí: Una de las cosas más difíciles a la hora de hacer un rediseño, es el cabello del personaje.
Para este caso, busqué que su cabello tenga más volumen y se vea más "fluffy", conservando por supuesto su color tan característico.

Rediseño de Alune

Aquí les muestro una comparativa entre el nuevo diseño y el antiguo.

Como mencioné antes, he buscado potenciar las virtudes y características de Alune en este nuevo diseño, en el cual también se ve mucho más "angelical", y eso no será una mera casualidad.

Además de eso, planeo que durante la historia de este remake, Alune tenga un desarrollo aún más natural en sus relaciones con los demás personajes, haciendo que tenga más momentos donde se vea insegura pero también adorable. Al haber nuevos personajes secundarios, también puedo hacer que tenga interacciones o conversaciones con ellos.

Un nuevo detalle y característica interesante que tendrá Alune en el remake es que se pintará las uñas de manera muy precisa y detallada. Ella creará bonitos diseños como este que ves aquí, con flores de margarita (la flor que la caracteriza).

Probablemente incluya un dialogo sobre esto en el momento en el que Siri y Alune comienzan su amistad, haciendo que Siri le pida a Alune que le haga un diseño similar en sus propias uñas.

No habrá cambios en su trasfondo, como recordarán, Alune perdió a sus padres cuando era una niña, por lo que quedó huérfana pero su tía Nora la adoptó. Lo que Alune no sabía es que ella tenia otra tía, de parte de su padre, la cual es Elaria, la directora de la Academia Lionheart.

Desde el inicio esto estaba planeado así que Elaria y Alune debían tener diseños similares, por decirlo de alguna manera. Y, por supuesto, eso se mantiene en los nuevos diseños.
Me gustaría mostrarles también a la nueva Alune con Nora, pero aún tengo que actualizar el diseño de Nora.

Ah, quiero volver un momento a enseñarles el nuevo físico de Alune.

Casi todas las chicas principales tendrán un aumento de tamaño en sus cinturas y muslos, con el objetivo de que se vean más femeninas y atractivas.

Alune es una chica que no tiene mucha actividad física, sin embargo ella trabaja mucho con la tía Nora, y su dieta es más bien normal y balanceada, aunque a ella le gustan mucho las cosas dulces. Es por eso que Alune no tiene un físico muy tonificado como podría tener Asagi, pero tampoco tiene un cuerpo tan "thicc" como tendrá Rachel en su nuevo diseño próximamente.
En cuanto a su altura, seguirá siendo la misma de antes, midiendo más que Siri, midiendo lo mismo que Rachel, pero midiendo menos que Asagi.

Sus pechos ahora se ven mucho más bonitos, esponjosos y suaves.

Tengo pendiente rediseñar también el uniforme escolar de la Academia Lionheart. Hasta ahora dicho uniforme consistía en un blazer azul o rosa, junto a una camisa blanca y un lazo rojo. Aunque en el caso de Alune, al ser una chica principal, ella tenia un atuendo personalizado donde el blazer era reemplazado por una campera rosa.

Pero en el remake eso cambiará radicalmente, haciendo que el uniforme sea del estilo sailor/marinero. Considero que dicho uniforme es más apropiado para una Academia exclusiva de mujeres, además (y esto ya se explico en la historia) todo sucede dentro de una ciudad costera.

Como dije, este nuevo uniforme aun no está terminado, pero he hecho muchos ejemplos y aquí les enseño los que considero quedaron mejores. Aclaro que estos son ejemplos de uniformes "default", ya que las chicas principales (Alune, Asagi, Rachel y Siri) tendrán un uniforme personalizado o con al menos un elemento distintivo.
