(they aren't mad and Kiri does want him there)
my original idea was with the tiny pixel flashback going in loop in Deku's thoughts but I ended up not really liking how it looks. still included it here though

I love their expressions so much here!!! The hurt/self-hatred Izuku feels and just how close he is to the door. Eijirou looking at him so softly, if only he'd turn around and see. And how concerned Katsuki looks! Ahhh the angst of it all, love this so so much!!

2023-11-11 04:43:21 +0000 UTCI think they are like, married in all but in name, like they probably have talked about it before the incident, maybe they did something just the two of them and it's not technically official but it is enough for krbk? or maybe they ARE actually married, but again this would have been pre-incident, one day they just showed up with rings XD I'm just deciding these things as I go really and right now I kinda like the complexity krbk being husbands add to Deku's feelings in this picture ^^;;
