2018-03-21 07:52:24 +0000 UTCI want you to know that I'm dealing with a major depressive episode as well as anxiety right now (it's 1am where I am) because my ADHD was showing a lot today, and I'm still getting over a lot of that internalized stigma. I've been trying to outline a research paper I'm trying to write about the art and science of mental illness and no matter how hard I try I can't seem to get my thoughts and ideas into words. I pulled up this song to listen to it, and instead of giving up on this topic, I'm going to try to find a different way to organize my thoughts, and try again. You have no idea how much this community means to me and how much you and everyone here has helped me since I was diagnosed a year ago. I'm so grateful every day for everything you do, and how hard you work, and appreciate all the effort you put in to make sure we know that we are loved and supported by one another in the tribe. Thank you, from the top of my brain to the bottom of my heart.
