If you've not already joined it I'd also recommend joining the Adult ADHD Scotland facebook page, they're a really friendly bunch and there's loads of support in navigating the minefield of NHS diagnosis and support.

As another Scot, I signed up to be a patreon after the Scottish Parliament, and signed up to the ADHD Coalition, and maybe a few others...click all the things! 2 weeks before I'd went to my doctor to discuss being referred for a diagnosis. Maybe I don't have ADHD at all, but this feels like my tribe...keep ye posted :)
