Sunday, October 21 will be our first in-person adult ADHD peer-to-peer support meeting, woot!
It's called ADHD SPACE:
ADHD
Self care
Peer support
Accountability
Connection
Education
We're creating it with in collaboration with Suzanne from the CHADD San Fernando Valley chapter, who was already looking to start an adult ADHD support group in the area.
If you live in the San Fernando Valley (Burbank, North Hollywood, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, etc.) and would like to be a part of the steering committee, let me know! We're going to do a call with Suzanne next week.
If not, no worries -- once we get this up and running, we'll be able to help you start one in your neck of the woods if you'd like!
