Introducing the Community Toolbox!

Hello Patreon Brains!
This is something new I'm trying -- a weekly vlog sharing a tool or resource suggested by the community, curated by me :) Let me know what you think!
Hey Jessica, I love the rose and thorn exercise. I will try this out for sure. I love to use 5-year one line a day logbooks for me and my kids. I put them in the bathroom and next to the bed as physical reminder and manage to write quite consistently, in particular for the kids. I think I'll use the exercise there.

I love this idea, my boyfriend doesn't have ADHD but he struggles with looking at the bright side and I'm so going to do this together with him!!

I really like the Rose and Thorn concept, because it expands the emotion beyond just gratitude to joy , happiness, others, just like a πΉ should.

Thanks for this. We did roses and thorns at the end of acting rehearsals but I didn't know the buds and gardeners - they are really useful. It's end of term here in the UK so as a college lecturer I am about to change routine again so this is timely. Great channel, really helping me and my daughter.

Thank you for being someone who helped today (with your channel you are my Gardener frequently - even if it sounds like an ominous Tarot card, perhaps just to me, given my luck with plants). I still regularly prompt myself with your previous advice to "make sure you have the Word doc open" and "do a shitty first draft" - which got my through my conference talk and is still useful when I freeze and panic.

I am all for this. Some times i feel like there is so much out there and just a brief discussion on something that could help is great!

I like this a lot. It combines a thought of the good and the bad, plus gratitude and looking forward. So today, I was wiped out all afternoon; but the charity project I work with had their best revenue day ever :) I'm looking forward to a decent sleep tonight and some good weather this weekend to finish up some concrete work, and *you* are my gardener today. I'm grateful.
