Fluids are always challenging to animate; they can be difficult to make look realistic, and achieving the right transparency and reflection can take a long time to render. As for his body, it should be the same character, but Harry might appear more ripped because of the lighting. Meanwhile, I imagine Tom and Harry are fast asleep in the tent, but time will tell :o)
