I am the same story. I didn't know I had it. I was diagnosed last month. I've been using the videos as mentor for life. It's really helped in so many areas of my life.

Hey, so like, I'm new here but I wanted to pop in and say thanks. I didn't really know I had adhd, in fact I felt life a failure all the time with an anxiety disorder. My significant other bright it up and I started to look up info. I watched all of your videos and I have a diagnosis now. Maybe things will be better as I learn more about missing and get systems that will actually help. Anyway I wanted to say thanks. A lot of what's helping me now is stuff I learned through your videos... So thanks!
