I'm in the middle of writing an article for Healthline about "a day in the life of ADHD" and thought I'd share my current draft. Not only is this a chance to see a piece of my writing before it's done, the second half of it basically describes my writing process :)
It's kind of a funny assignment, because I don't think any two ADHD days look alike, but I tried to capture everything from the attention regulation issues to sleep issues to moments of ADHD brilliance to how our simplest efforts and intentions often backfire.
Let me know what you think! I'll be editing it tonight and turning it in tomorrow.
(btw please don't share...it's always nerve racking sharing unfinished, unpolished work, for your eyes only!)
