Well, something you have to keep in mind with the Visoreds is that they're aren't actually like Ichigo in that sense. Ichigo's Hollow and Soul Reaper powers are one and the same thing, so his Bankai has ALWAYS been hollowfied. That's not the case for the Visored. They have Soul Reaper powers, and they have hollow powers, but those two power sets aren't intimately merged like Ichigo's are. They have hollow powers, but their Bankai weren't hollowfied, so they wouldn't have been safe from the Bankai stealing the same way Ichigo was.

The fact that only 6 got taken, and of those 6 we only get to see 2 really get used (Sasakibe and Byakuya) and 1 kinda used (Hitsugaya) was kind of a letdown. Maybe BG9 used Sui-feng's once, very breifly. It would've been cool to see the Quincy wielding the stolen Bankai a little more, and maybe see one or two more get taken. And then to introduce the awesome concept of Hollowfying Bankai and go nowhere with it? Why was Toshiro the only one to have that mask fragment added? Seeing something like that on the others would've been so bad ass. I wish that were a permanent change to their Bankai's form. Don't even get me started on how the Visoreds already being able to Hollowfy should've given them a natural resistance to having their Bankai stolen and its never brought up or exploited.
