Thanks for posting this. I had always been the social butterfly. Then, around eight years ago, I became an introvert. Now I get nervous thinking about going out. If my husband can convince me to go to a social event with him, it takes all of my mental strength to talk to people. I'm exhausted after 20-30 minutes & find a place to be alone (last time I stayed in the car).
